Bryan William Phillips, III is the Managing Partner and founder of Phillips Law Firm, PLLC, a Texas-based law firm focused on real estate, estate planning, probate, and business law. With over five years of experience as a real estate attorney in Texas, Bryan provides clients with trusted legal guidance on both transactional and litigation matters. His background as a former fee attorney and escrow officer at title companies has given him unique insight into residential and commercial closings, enabling him to assist clients throughout the entire real estate transaction—from financing and contracting to closing.

Before launching his legal career, Bryan Phillips worked as a Policy Analyst at Texas Action, a nonprofit affiliated with the Texas Public Policy Foundation, a leading economic think-tank. In this role, he conducted legislative analysis and research on laws affecting property owners, entrepreneurs, and small businesses in Texas. After becoming licensed in 2019, he co-founded Mann Phillips, PLLC, where he earned a reputation as a real estate and property lawyer. His experience includes representing clients on title disputes, construction defects, to advising on compliance matters for businesses and real estate professionals.

In 2024, Bryan established Phillips Law Firm, PLLC to deliver personalized and strategic legal services. As an estate planning lawyer and business law expert, Bryan helps clients protect their assets, navigate probate with confidence, and build and maintain legally sound companies. He understands the legal challenges families and entrepreneurs face and offers ongoing legal support through general counsel services.

Outside of work, Bryan enjoys Houston’s vibrant food scene with his wife, Andreina, and their Siberian Husky, April. They frequently visit his hometown of Austin, Texas, to connect with family and experience the city’s unique culture.
